The company's headquarters is located at Building 11, Sha'an Industrial Zone, Daxi Town, Wenling City, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. There are currently over a hundred production workers, among which engineering and technical personnel of all levels and types account for over 20% of the total number.

The company was founded in 2014, and its predecessor was a designated equipment manufacturer of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, mainly producing water pumps and environmental protection equipment.
